Parking
Two places: Riley Field and next door at Peachtree City Elementary school, 201 Wisdom Road, Peachtree city, GA 30269.
We encourage you to carpool. Parking at these two locations will tight.
Overflow parking will be along surface streets or at near shopping centers (~800m away)
Parking/Admission Fee

Times will be FAT (fully automatic) and they will go onto milesplit
Seeding of Heats
We combined the athletes in the invitation race with those in the open race into once set of male athletes and one set of female athletes and then seeded the heats using 2024 5K XC times.
We verified the times of all athletes; if the 2024 5K times were from a known short course, we used the next fastest time for that athlete from known, non-short courses.
11 heats: 7 boys heats and 4 girls heats; we alternate boys and girls;
Order of Heats: Slow heats to Fast Heats (last). We start a heat every 15 minutes
Largest heat size is 19 runners
Schedule
7:30-8:20am the track is open for warm-ups; after 8:20am warm-ups can be done outside the track on the PTC cart paths which connect to the track facility
